Andre has had a passion for sports from a very young age. He first started in boxing as a young boy then at 13 progressed to train in mixed martial arts. He soon came to realise that fighting fitness was a great way to not only to stay in shape but to build confidence and keep his mind focused. This helped him so much as a young teen by giving him a chance to help others and now he is working in a career he truly loves.

Andre specializes in boxing fitness and circuit training for both teens and adults. Andre knows this popular form of exercise works, it’s both fun and educational; it not only stimulates the mind and body, but you will learn invaluable self-defence skills. All this while also achieving fantastic fitness and fat loss results! His female only boot camps have proven this time and time again.

• Uk Gym instructor level 2
• Level 2 Circuit Instructor
• Ricky Hatton boxing for fitness Instructor. (Basic))
• Ricky Hatton boxing for fitness Instructor. (Advanced)
